Mike Matson
A fully qualified CA chartered accountant with over 20 years experience Finance Director experience covering a wide range of manufacturing industries.
Mike specialises in compliance, working capital management, IT systems and development and acting as commercial business partner to operational divisions
Geoff Willis
A fully qualified Engineer, with Managing Director experience, having extensive operational and commercial experience. Geoff has directed and managed UK based businesses including several overseas offices in the USA, India and Europe.
Geoff specializes in driving operational improvement, transforming loss making enterprises into strong profit making businesses, focused heavily on team development & effectiveness, and a holistic and thorough review of all aspects of the business.
Ian Smith
A multi-skilled Managing and Commercial Director , Ian has set up, developed, and lead businesses through growth in the U.K., Europe, and India.
Ian specializes in driving sales and growth improvement, focusing on margin development and value-added sale, building strong commercially minded teams for the future, and forming strong inter-company links between commercial teams and other business operations.
